Senate Expected to Vote on The Confirmation of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh To Serve On The Supreme Court

The Senate is expected to vote on the confirmation of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh to serve on the Supreme Court on Saturday, October 6, 2018.  Judge Kavanaugh has served 12-years on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals and has written more than 300 opinions, many speeches and law review articles.  He has received excellent reviews for serving on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.  The highest possible rating was given to him by the American Bar Association.  An extraordinarily thorough assessment was conducted by its standing committee on the federal judiciary soliciting input from almost 500 people, including his judicial colleagues. His integrity, judicial temperament and professional competence met the highest standards concluded the ABA. Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh is highly qualified to serve on the Supreme Court and has been an exemplary public servant, judge, teacher, coach, husband, and father despite the many false allegations brought against him.
